How Lead Gen Library Systems Work
Every system in Lead Gen Library is an n8n workflow set that finds prospects from industry-specific trigger sources, qualifies them, finds a verified decision maker, runs a short email sequence, and books meetings. Each one is designed by 2V Automation, an n8n Certified Expert Partner.
The five stages every system shares
- Source. The system pulls prospects from 3 to 5 sources per industry on a weekly schedule. At least one source is a buying-intent trigger: building permits, job posts, regulatory filings, funding announcements, or license data.
- Qualify. Filters remove junk before enrichment spends money. Typical filters are company size, service radius, existing clients, and competitors. Only qualified prospects move to the next stage.
- Enrich. For each qualified prospect the system finds the decision maker with Hunter, then verifies the address through a BetterContact waterfall. Unverified addresses are dropped.
- Outreach. A 4-step email sequence runs over about 14 days from a separate warmed domain. The first line references the trigger that put the prospect in the list.
- Book and track. AI classifies every reply. Positive replies get a booking link and a Slack alert. Every touch logs to the CRM.

How specs are validated
Every spec follows one template with a quality gate. The template JSON is imported on a live n8n showcase instance before publishing, and the screenshots on each system page come from those imported workflows.
Running costs and expectations
n8n Cloud starts at about $24 per month; self-hosting on a $10 VPS is the budget alternative. Typical tool stacks cost $150 to $195 per month. That figure is an estimate and varies by industry; each system page lists the exact stack and its prices. Reply rates run 3 to 6% on trigger sources and 1 to 3% on plain lists. These rates are estimates from typical B2B campaigns sent from warmed domains. Domain warmup takes 2 to 3 weeks before full volume.
Frequently asked questions
What is Lead Gen Library?
Lead Gen Library by 2V Automation is a directory of industry-specific lead generation systems. Each system is a documented n8n workflow set that sources prospects, qualifies them, enriches the decision maker, runs a 4-step email sequence, and books meetings. Every system is available as a free full spec PDF, a $297 generic template, or a $2,997 installation.
Who builds these systems?
2V Automation, an n8n Certified Expert Partner that builds automation systems for service businesses. Every system is designed by 2V Automation and QA-imported on a live n8n instance before it is published.
What do I need to run a system?
An n8n Cloud account, which starts at about $24 per month (self-hosting on a $10 VPS also works). The tool accounts listed in the stack table of each spec, which typically total $150 to $195 per month. A separate sending domain for cold email with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured. A CRM to log touches into.
How long until the first meeting?
Setup takes about half a day when the tool accounts already exist. The real clock is domain warmup, which takes 2 to 3 weeks before the sequence can run at full volume. First replies typically arrive in week 3 to 4. These figures are estimates from typical B2B cold email campaigns and vary by industry and territory.
Does this work outside the US?
Yes. Every system is designed for US, UK, and AU metros, and the lead sources in each spec list the equivalents for each country. UK and EU targeting adds PECR and GDPR considerations, which the compliance section of each spec covers. The system stores only business contact data and honors suppression lists and unsubscribe requests.
Will cold email hurt my main domain?
Never send from your main domain. Every system sends from a separate warmed domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records in place. Volume ramps from 10 to 50 emails a day per inbox over 2 to 3 weeks (80 is the upper bound with a strong domain). The deliverability checklist in the free spec PDF walks through this setup step by step. Skipping warmup is the most common reason these systems fail.
